We spend 60% of our time delivering services to owners growing their business.

But we believe that tools, community, and advocacy will unleash the next wave of small business owners thriving. Thus client engagements are just incubation for broader initiatives. Instead of $100,000 scopes, we want to build $100 tools.

Tech

Tools and Tech

Through our brand SMB[Tech], we’re focused on building $0-1,000 tools that can be used by the SMB masses. When a business cannot pay $200+/hr or $50,000 per project, we build for them: (a) playbooks on sales and marketing, (b) online directories of the HR tech stack, and (c) automated workflows improve operations or contextualize lead generation.

Build

Community

Through our brand SMB[Build], we’re working with 10+ companies at a time to help the CEO, Revenue team, or Ops/HR create better systems or deliver growth targets. For more infomation about this, check out the “Fractional” tab.

Table

Agency

Through our brand SMB[Table], we operate peer groups of 6-10 people that share best practices and develop playbooks for the benefit of their corporate/startup employer and SMB owners. We’re currently focused on Revenue and Business Operations functions.

Advocacy

Village

Through our brand SMB[Village], we organize and participate in initiative to strengthen local economies across Hoboken, Jersey City, and NYC. This involves hosting roundtables that bring together government and private sector, assisting Chambers of commerce in creating new curriculum for their members, issuing grants to small business needing relief, and pushing for better programs and policy across governing bodies.
