Operations - Senior leaders or influencers across CorporateOps, ProductOps, RevOps, and People/HR.

Finance - Senior leaders across Accounting, FP&A, and capital sourcing.

Government - Leaders or board members of government or advocate organizations—e.g. BIDs/SIDs, Chambers, Economic Development agencies.

The goal of this project is to establish a peer group of 6–10 professionals in a discipline who can connect, exchange insights, and learn from one another. The knowledge and best practices shared within this group will (a) serve as a valuable resource for the professionals and (b) be used to develop content for small business owners.
